Is there anyway we can have the mouse pointer pop up when someone sends a join request? It's annoying enough to have one pop up during a fight, but when you need to pull your clipboard to get rid of it its a little excessive.

Just remember to check the buffer when you enter the arena for "join requests will show in the message buffer"...and if it doesn't, just type .showjoin 0 and ignore the buffer from then on.

How about instead of a player asking to join as crew, A pilot sends out a request for a gunner. and a player can choose to join.

ya'll do realize that if you type the dot command that ImaDot posted above that you WILL NOT get a popup box. The request will show ONLY in the text for the radio.
