anbody got any bombing missions, preferably flying 17s/24s? if yes, thank you if no, thats ok, ill survive on hollandia

you wish to use the b17s? its pretty hard to do that way with the system we have now. the AI flies way to slow so it gets impossible to keep formation. in the old times it wasnt like this but then they broke it and never fixed ): sorry. but doing one interception/escort mission is pretty possible or if you want a solo bombing...

well in the penance mission you can use a b24/17. but the offline mission system itself is so horribly wrecked that you cant keep formation with them. trust me, ive tried.

yes you can add the fligths easly. the problem is staying in formation. they fly in like 100mph...

I just noticed this old post. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. If you're enjoying my old "Hollandia" mission, you might like to try my newer "Euromix" one. It has a huge formation of heavy bombers, including B17s, escorted by a great many allied fighters bombing a German airfield. Here's the link:

It uses AH2.12.4 to solve the many problems referenced by the other posters in this thread, so the formations remain intact, the bots fly smartly, and the combat is intense!
