Throttle
« on: July 25, 2011, 10:19:34 PM »
I'm looking into buying a throttle. Preferably a nice sturdy one, with a couple of buttons (3 minimum) so that I can use them to select engine 1, engine 2, and all. Just to complex to select them on the keyboard and then use the + and - keys to adjust the throttle in the middle of a fast paced dogfight.

So what am I going to want, and what prices am I looking at?

You are looking at the Ch Pro Throttle or buying the Saitek X52 Pro throttle.
You can sometimes find the Saitek Throttle on Ebay..
But the Ch on provantage or watch Ebay for a better price.

Currently I have a logitec attack 3, because its cheap, and damn near indestructable. This thing has been chewed on by my dog, kicked when I missed the dog as he ran away and hit the stick, and even been through the wash (I was calibrating the stick on my laptop during a Convention, and somehow worked its way into my dirty laundry bag).
