You do not have the native sound card drivers loaded.  Bluetooth devices can cause a lot of performance problems as well.

This appears to be a laptop as it is using a mobile video chip.  Did it come with Windows 7 installed, or are you trying to update the operating system?  If you are, where did you get the OS?

The 9400M mobile video chip is a fairly low end video chip.

Skuzzy thanks for your help. A frien came over and fix my computer for me. Everything is working fine now. Agani thanks for your help.
