Best place to look for a new laptop?

My current POS provided by my employer is so god awful slow (cheapest laptop they could find at the time, it was like $350 4 years ago). I want to buy one for myself and give them back this one. Where is a good place to find/custom make one?  :headscratch:

Honestly just about any laptop you could go find at BestBuy should do whatever you want unless you want to "customize" one then you need to go to one of the online shops like FalconNW, Cyberpower, etc...
