Thrustmaster Warthog Set-Up
« on: March 10, 2012, 12:03:04 PM »
Hello All
When setting up a Warthog stick can the toggle switches be used in AH?
Things like engine start and landing gear would be great to map but do those type functions have to be momentary or can they be latched switches?
Thanks

You can program them to what ever you want, AH doesn't limit you there.

You will have to reset the switch before that function will operate again.

An example is I have one of the toggles on the throttle set for engine start with the switch being move forward to start engines (E). After the engine has started I move the switch back so that if I need to kill, or restart the engine I can just flip the switch forward again. Hope that makes it a little clearer.

If a switch is on when you launch AH it will execute it's function if possible. For example if you have film "on" it will start recording when the game starts but if you have gear or engine start "on" nothing will happen because you're starting in the tower.
