Blue Tabs on clipboard while in Hanger-Cannot see

Is there a cure for this?  When I am in the Hanger and I click on my clipboard the blue folder tabs that are marked with such headings as bomber, figter, etc. are partially covered.
Is there a key that automatically uncovers them.  I was watching some videos of "how to use the clipboard" and the pictures show that the tabs are uncovered by default, so I know that there must be a problem.
