The terrain resource builder that shipped with the terrain editor has been replaced with a standalone utility called the Resource Uploader. The Resource Uploader is used to build and upload versioned terrains and staged missions to the host for online use. You can download the Resource Uploader in the Content Editor portion of the downloads menu.
