Got some nasty flutter when opening the map while in the cv (only, not on land) control room. What happens is the map flutters in size (between 80 and 100%) maybe 4-5 times within the 1st second after opening. I don't know if this is a bug, but it started back around 2007 and first thought may be my graphics card, but this happens on my last 3 PC's. I believe it started after an update (around 2007), but was wondering if I'm going crazy and the only one with a crazy map.
If the fluttering map in the cv control room is not supposed to do this. I would like it to be fixed or just know it is supposed to do that.
