One might look around in the arenas and think "Why in the hell would I want to be partners in a business with all these folks?"  The partnerships I've been in over the years never really worked out.  They never seemed to get it when I said "We'll do it my way".

All of the above.
1. Me , I tried working for someone else at a game company In which I  previously was the boss, it didn't end well.
2. You can't make a contract with out giving the person something, what exactly was included in the offer to the current employs including me.
3. 10 years , yea that's works just great given the past of #1.

HiTech

how about this offer.  forget the 5 million bucks.  each one of us pays let's say 15 bucks a month, you own the game, control direction and every once in a while you ad a plane or a tank or perhaps some new medals for us to win.

is this offer better?

They're mathematical formulas programmed to direct lift vectors for the airframes and wings.  I sat in HiTechs office and he tried as best he could to describe it.  I didn't get it but it didn't matter because it looked unbelievably cool on his monitor.

He was nice enough to run through their QC process on verifying the integrity of their flight modeling.  Very very cool
