Stars...

  I have 1 star and 41 achievements.  00Seven has 2 stars and 45 achievments.  However I lost an achievement (Rocketman) but since this is Beta they may be reset for testing purposes. They don't mean much yet but an interesting part of the game.

You have 27 achievements now. I also got my star when I accomplished my 26st or 27th achievement. We have 100 achievements right now, you I expect the second star at about 50 earned achievements, the 3rd at ~75... 

ok yeah that seems to make sense, but me and chalenge were talking about it that night, and IIRC, he had 25 at the time, and I had 26.. he had a star, I did not..

of course it is possible I miscounted

Note: why has no one from HTC answered this question?
I do NOT want a star, so how do I remove it or can a janitor remove it for me?
A star is not part of my callsign and looks out of place IMHO. Give me an achievment but don't change my callsign appearance please.

its not part of your callsign any more than the : is when you type on a channel..

check roster, there are no stars.

I also wonder why we did not get information on how it works, although there is not a whole lot of detailed technical information on the site for a lot of things.

The star appears to be part of the callsign for PMs. If you attempt to .r back to someone with a star it does not work.

I've just noticed that myself.  The .r command doesn't always work for me now.

And just for the record, my 3rd came with achievement #63. That's a lot earlier than I would have expected
