Head movement
« on: April 11, 2013, 10:04:39 PM »
It seems under neg G push the head position moves forward in both the new C2xx series planes. I was getting forward head movement with slight neg G push that looks to be about a foot forward.

Is forward head movement mapped to the same ai as your stick forward?
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

I can't duplicate this.

I've had a couple of players try it in the TA,was hit or miss,a couple had the problem and others not.

I inquired to see if it was vidcard related and found both either has the issue or not,I also had players using TIR test it and again same results.

I guess film will need to be provided but that would be difficult for me ATM. I've asked another player to post about this and as I find more that have the issue I'll see if film cant be made available.

I can't duplicate this.

After asking a couple of different players if they had the issue or not I found out that if you use the default home position nothing happens but if you move the head position back somewhat it happens quite readily.

I also found out that it does the same thing where looking back with positive G and if you look up the head position moves closer to the canope!   It was making me nausea while doing a rolling scissor and was sure if I wasn't feeling well or what.

Then lastnight I asked another player,he said no it wasn't happening so I asked him to move his head position back some and sure enough it started happening to him.

I had him move back until he could see the handle on the JS in the C205 and as soon as he did the problem started for him.was strange that some had the issue and others didn't.

Yeah, as long as you use default home position, nothing happens.  But as soon as you change your head position, it moves toward the controls (or back toward home position).
