Anyone know specs on what bomb/how close is needed to kill what tank, and does where the bomb lands in relation to the front, back or sides of the tank matter.

Yes, drop a 50kg bomb on the roof of a tiger.  That destroys it.  I'm sure you can imagine what everything else will do to a tank now

In game, and will a 100lber really kill a tiger? I've had so many odd deaths and occurances where I survives while being bombed it prompted me to ask.

Yes a 100lb bomb will kill a tiger 1. You have to score a direct hit to rear of the tank or on the very top of the turret. I've killed a few with the FM2s 100lb bomb. I have never killed a tiger 2 in the same way but not for lack of trying
