The Douglas A-20 Havocs were the main attack bomber of the Army Air Corps when America entered the war. It was an extremely popular aircraft and ultimately flew combat missions in all theatres of the war and in the colors and markings of many of the Allied nations. Many of these sleek aircraft prowled in the North African battlegrounds of Tunisia with French crews from Squadron 15 out of Youks-les-Bains. In 1942 the U.S Army Corps 47th Bomb Group arrived from the States with Douglas A-20 Havocs and took over the 15th remaining battered DB-7 Boston's

68Raptor V1 RaidThe sleek B-26 Marauder medium bombers of the 386th B.G. returning from a raid on the V2 rocket sites in the Pas de Calais, 1944. Attacked by enemy 109's with P-51B's for escorts.
July 17th
Molsman On the LooseThe German Z-Plan has come to fruition. A new German carrier is loose in the North Sea reportedly with a complement of Ju87's and Bf109G-2's. The Graf Zeppelin(CV) is escorted by the Admiral Scheer (CA). These ships and aircraft represent a MAJOR problem for Allied Forces. If they reach the Atlantic convoy routes, Allied Operations are in severe danger.

Wildcat1 Operation OlympicIt is November 1st 1945 and the Japanese Empire still refuses to surrender. United States military leaders have agreed that the only way to end the war is a massive invasion of the Japanese home island. To accomplish this Operation Downfall is a go. Operation Downfall calls for two immense military undertakings, the first of which is Operation Olympic.

The Cross Channel Sparring has heated up and the US 8th Air Force has just added two more new P-47 Thunderbolt Groups, the 56th and 78th Fighter Groups. On April 15 1943 the P-47 Groups staged Rodeo 204, a fighter sweep of the St. Omer area. They stumbled across 15 Fw-190's of II./JG1 and claimed 4 for the loss of two P47's.
