Disco's, ping plotter scrren shot attached.

Howdy tonight has been the worst for me so far on disco's, I know HTC cant control the internet. I took a screenie of ping plotter and since I have never used it before I need some help in understanding what I am seeing and have a question or two.

1. Is it normal to have so many hops between my computer and HTC servers?

2. Any way I can fix the route on my end to help improve my connection directly to the server?

First off the address you should ping is 71.252.137.149

9 hops is nothing, I think I have 14-16 hops, and no there is nothing you can do to change your route other than switching ISPs.

Red is bad. Your losing a lot of packets right from the git-go in Bethpage. Reset your router to be sure that is good, maybe call your ISP to complain, but that is pretty much it.
