Ozkansas: War not won

Yes, ozkansas again. In addition to the strats country bug (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,356991.0.html), today also a war victory bug appeared:

After rolling over their opposition, Rooks had finally more than fulfilled all the victory requirements by having more than 20% of Knights & Bish fields while still holding 100% of their own. See attached screenshot of 'country status'
Yet nothing happened. War wasn't won.

EDIT:

Knights won back one of their bases(A101), bringing the % on country status below 20. The rook pushed the % back to 20 again by capturing another Knight base(P67), and only this time the victory reset was triggered, even though it was the same number of bases in rook hands as it were 30 minutes before.

Ozkanas has some intersting *features*.  For this next update, we have completely reworked it so bring it into the normal expectations for a terrain, in the process eliminating all of its quirks.
