Sheep Stealing Questions
« on: July 27, 2015, 12:40:17 PM »
Why do sheep wander out of the pen?

Are they supposed to wander out of the pen and start walking home?

If so, can we have a method similar to the pennants displaying on the map to finding the sheep? "even though the path they take anyways is predictable?" Don't have to be huge icons like the pennants, but something the size of a friendly/enemy bomber icon?

Been looking for that bug. Have you seen what causes it, can you reproduce it?

HiTech

This occurred right after you logged off this afternoon.

I have found that after consecutive snatch'n'drop it will randomly begin to misplace the sheep. The sheep tend to turn up somewhere DIRECTLY in line between the pens. The sheep do not move just sit there.

It is just a hunch but I believe it is acting just like the Pennant bug where the object mysteriously displaces .

Hunting the bug as the first goal in mind while camping the pen to see what happens when the sheep decideto move - still no visual clue.

I will work on this tonight in attempt to reproduce it on film

They look like they are on the same line as jailed planes being frozen 1\4 mile from each other at 90 degrees to the center tree line. When you get up real close to the pen the sheep look like they are pacing around in there to begin with.

Yes but the sheep outside the pen do not visually move like the animation in the pen.

These should be of some use HiTech...

The third one shows the sheep walking away and no one can pick it up.

Second one I think had no sheep in the pen.

Here is another film showing on the clipboard with a score of 8 - 2

In the film you can visibly see 8 sheep wandering around with no sheep in the pen.

This occurred when I consecutively stole sheep and they started leaving the pen.
