RIP Robert Loggia
« on: December 04, 2015, 05:57:32 PM »
Oscar- and Emmy-nominated actor Robert Loggia died Friday in Los Angeles. He was 85.
On the small screen where he got his start, Loggia was best known for portraying the titular agent on Mancuso, FBI from 1989-90. The role earned him an Emmy nod for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
More recently, the actor guest-starred on shows including Malcolm in the Middle (for which he received another Emmy nomination), The Sopranos and Dharma & Greg. His last TV credit was Family Guy; he lent his voice to two episodes.

Loggia also had a robust film career, most notably the 1985 thriller Jagged Edge, which garnered him a Supporting Actor Oscar nomination. Other big-screen credits included Scarface, An Officer and a Gentleman and Big.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.
