Is Something Different?

Am i doing something wrong or is there something different?

In the current version of AHII when i hit he Z then the [ or ] i zoom in or out on the gun sight.

In the current version of AH-Alpha when i hit he Z then the [ or ] i get this


I have tried using page up and it raises me up but the gun site is no longer in my field of view. I used different variations of my number keys and F10 head position save but it still isn't working. What do I need to do?

Hit "Home", Alpha defaults to view downward to see the instruments, but you can change it.

Head tilt F8 can now be saved as a head position.  That is what you are seeing the head is tilted down and as you zoom, the head position follows that tilt plane downward in this case.

I have mapped a mouse button that allows me to toggle back and forth from mouse look, it is a bit easier than f8 key movement in my opinion to set the proper head tilt.

I like a cross between the default tilt and head forward.  This is a great feature once understood.
