Tactics Advice

I was wondering if someone can help me understand a particular tactic.  Cybro has been using a peculiar tactic of keeping his plane in a hanger for extended periods of time.  Hours on end in fact.  For months.  Messages to him have gone unresponded.  In fact is has become common knowledge for most of the population of the game.

I have been playing this game a while and am always open to learning new tactics.  Can someone please help me understand and master what that tactic is?  I'm sure new players too would like to emulate it.

Vraciu it is obviously a very useful tactic.  If not it would not be used.  I just dont understand it to make use of it.

Maybe I should have posted this in the Help and Training area.

EDIT: Might be like a SAC base hot pad thing.  Keeping the engines warm rdy to respond.

Cybro is a sociology student working on his thesis about how paranoia can run rampant amongst a control group, leading to innuendo, accusations, rioting and k9-feline cohabitation.

he is a robot machine sent back from the future to gather intelligence at enemy bases by being on the same team as them.   No CV, player or inanimate object is safe from him. 

As for his overall objective of furthering the interests of one particular chess piece nation who knows whether this tactic works or is a complete waste of time.

Don't mention the fact that Cybro appears where a certain country is going to attack, or that he appears at bases that are attacking a certain country. And then just sits and sits...yet the other country seems to learn what is being said, or what is upping, quite mysteriously. If you do mention those things, you are determined to be paranoid.....

why you guys worry so much about what he's doing.  I once went to the hospital.  came back 3 days later to find out I was logged in.  nobody questioned me.

you want my opinion.  he parks a jeep and goes to sleep.  when he wakes up he starts laughing about how much fish he's hooked.

He's just a strange fellow.  He also does the same thing in the EW and MW arenas, you can often find him in either arena all by himself sitting in a hanger for hours on end.
