The bow spray from the PT Boat shows up as reddish/orange/brown not white. This was at night, and the color of the spray resemble the color of the low horizon.
The 37mm sound track seems to have a higher rate of fire than the gun itself. I'm taking into account tracers - just point the gun close over board and the count the splashes. There are more splashes than tracers rounds (good), but the sound track's rate of fire is too high for the number of round splashes.
