Film viewer chat window?

When using the film viewer, how do you record a movie that shows the chat window?

Not sure you can.....

You can try hitting the maximize/minimize text buffer window ( iirc, it's the ~ key )

Also, you can take your mouse and drag the text buffer window up at the top, to make it where the text buffer window covers/is as big as your monitor screen when you have it maximized

The text buffer window can be size adjusted both height and width...

I use the Nvidia Shadowplay it is in GeForce experience  when it  records it captures every thing. See if you video card has a similar feature. I think AMD has one too.

The advantage to using Shadowplay over 3rd party recording programs its that you wont take a loss on frame rate during game play.

OBS Studios is a third party streaming/recording software that is free, and easy to use. My system is almost 5 years old and it runs this in the background with out an issue while playing the game.
