Koth players should get 25 perks for staying the whole event and 100 to the winner.   

TOC champion should get 12month sub free.

This has merit. 

I'd say 25 perkies for each frame for FSO...

25 perkies per phase for scenario.  Not sure how one would regulate or even attempt to distribute said perkies.  I assume it is a program already established in such a way, perhaps we just turn on perks in setup and let people get points based on performance, not just showing up.
