Here are the release notes for Aces High III Version 3.03 Patch 2.

1. Removed the tournaments button from the Que Selection List.
2. Made a change to ship guns that if in Direct mode the aim point for land and sea mode is set to the current point that the shell would impact.
This fixes a reported 5" gun problem appearing not to work in land or sea mode, previously a clip board click was needed.
3. Fixed an issue where bullets were showing an explosion even though they continued threw the leaves. Now they simply show leaves falling.
4. Added a .follow command which can be enabled via settings or used by CMs.
