So we strongly recommend to new players that they don't subscribe right away.
Who is "WE"? Because this is NOT HTCs way of thinking.
HiTech
I need to clarify. I, Mongoose, think this way. I know there are others who think the same, so I used "We".
(Don't ask who these others are. No one in their right mind would admit to thinking the same way I do.
)
I do not speak for or represent HTC. I am just a rabid fan who wishes more people could enjoy this game as much as I do. I apologize if anything I wrote led to any misunderstanding.
My thought process goes like this:
New player subscribes to game.
New player runs smack into the steep learning curve.
New player quits and leaves, never to be seen again.
I, Mongoose, speaking solely as a rabid fan of the game, suggest a different approach:
New player downloads and installs the game.
New player spends some time in the Offline Practice arena.
New player learns about the game interface, and how to fly the airplane.
New player subscribes, stays, and spends years playing Aces High and paying HTC for all the hard work that Hitech and crew put into this wonderful game.
I hope this clarifies my position and my intent. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding.
