Congratulations Ripsnort and welcome to the world of retirement!  :D  I retired just over 4 years ago and absolutely love it!  I have so many interests that I am able to do now, but still don't seem to have enough hours in a day to fit them all in, and often wonder how I managed to find the time to work as well!

Hope you and your wife have a long and happy retirement together.  :)  :old:

I tried to retire a couple of years ago.  My clients were not too pleased about that so I kept one significant group and thought I would "semi retire".  Then we bought a guesthouse and then renovated our home and made that into a guesthouse too.

Now I am busier than when I was working full time.

I have resigned myself to the fact that I will now likely never really retire.

Frankly retirement wasn't all it was cracked up to be when I tried to do so.  I found it boring, something I never thought I would say.

That looks like about the time i came back from the bar and sat down at my rig, and started flying.  Got on a guys six...pulled the trigger and one of you drunk bastages had remapped my trigger to eject.

10-11 yrs ago I was forced to rerire due to strokes and a HA....
