Seems to be a common issue with the Saitek pedals. From what I've read, it maybe a W10 issue. If that is the case, you will need to uninstall the pedal drivers through the Device Manager and then power down PC and unplug pedals. Plug pedals back in, best if in another USB port and power up PC. W10 should reinstall the drivers.
If that doesn't do the trick, make sure USB cable on pedals isn't loose or disconnected. You might have to pop open the pedals where the cable connects to the pedals to make sure wires aren't pinched or loose.
