Old "ACESHIGHIII".EXE downloads. Can delete?

           Hello all. I have (in my downloads folder) seven "ACESHIGHIII.EXE" folders numbered 1-7, plus an "ACESHIGHIII.EXE" folder and also one named "AHIII3000.EXE".
       
           The latest is "ACESHIGHIII.EXE"" dated 1/17/19.

           All of these are taking up 16-17 GB of drive space. Can I delete all but the latest to recover some drive space?

You can delete everything in your Downloads folder. After you have installed any .exe file you've downloaded you've done what's needed. The downloaded files are for one time use only unless you just want to archive them for some odd reason.
