Trim on missing surfaces.
« on: April 21, 2020, 01:49:48 PM »
Ki 84, dove at high speed. Ailerons trimmed 100% one way ( don't remember which )
both rip off from overspeed ( can we stop that ? ;) )
after they are gone, trim remains and i'm unable to level the plane - though tabs probably went with them...
Trim indicator was all the way to the side.

Not sure if it's bug or not, just reporting :)

Without ailerons you would roll from the propeller spiral slipstream.

i understand the torque roll, however - having lost them on number of occasions ( there should be an achievement for that... ) in many cases depending on trim/stick extension at the time of loss - it would roll right, left of go center.... so i think trims stay ( despite being gone ) and affect roll.

If i would reduce throttle / turn off engine - i should also negate/diminish effects of torque, right ? ;)

There is an achievement for losing both elevators and landing. You probably got that already.
Leave that thing alone!
