So for example, the Allies are blue, and one of their targets for that frame is A50.

So an explosion graphic over open sea represents a ship fleet target, which will be cruising somewhere in that area during the frame, and must be located and attacked?

Also, for non-active bases - will landing and exiting, or refueling permitted at these fields?
