88 Kill Credit Request

Forethought when you engage...... you were too close to the base, or you drove him too close to the base. When you are in the vicinity of a base, you must assume someone is in a gun. Just as if you are close to a VH spawn, there may be wirbs.

That is good advice and I, like most of you, do that. 

Wirbs and standard ACK can be effectively avoided.  88's range and accuracy are a significantly greater threat.

I think asking to get a kill credit for killing a manned 88 is a very modest request in this context.

I am killed so quickly by 88s no matter the technique I use or maneuvers or range.  Some of these guys are sharp shooters in their 88s.  Get me on their 1st or 2nd salvo.  Just amazing.

We should get a kill if we every get a shot at them.

They get a kill for killing us.  Why not the other way around.

look at the text it will say this player got x kill in a manned gun.

I want to have 88 kills on the side of my plane too!    OK maybe that is too far. 

Just getting credit for a manned gun kill as a kill would be great.
