Primary Reason: The capture requirement of bases.  Hitech has stated something along the lines of; if there is an increase in the number of troops a single person can take, so too will the requirement for capturing bases.  Your wish will mean 1 person can take 30 troops, so base capture requirement will go up accordingly.  If you were not aware of this prior, you are now.
