Memorial for Betty Rehearsal
« on: October 20, 2022, 08:11:55 AM »
There will be a rehearsal for Bettys memorial service. The reason I am trying to do this is because for Dr7's memorial it was like Hearding cats.

Just want to practice a simple missing man formation.

Any ideas on the map to be used would be helpful.

@HiTech can you please check the message board settings because every time I try to delete my comment from my first reply in this thread it creates a new one.

Start with a four ship of players who are proficient in fingertip formation flying.  Then, if you are looking for something like real world missing man formations, do it in a similar fashion. Using the AvA would allow some level of controlled event.  :salute

Already had Jaeger on board for using the AvA.

Common mistake most people make when leading such formations.... DO NOT KEEP YOUR THROTTLE WIDE OPEN!

70% power is more than enough to pull off an efficient missing man formation. Allows for throttle adjustments for those in the formation to keep it tight. Actually been one of my bigger pet peeves in this game ironically.
