October 2022 KOTH Results.
« on: October 08, 2022, 09:44:45 PM »
trogdor won the battle of the two wabbits between him and Eagler so ...
Congratulations and -{S}- to trogdor for the victory.
Apologies guys when I changed the map, I was tired and into my end event routine and not paying attention and didn't notice you were still chatting a little.
Few under strength but it worked out good in the end I think with not many left to enjoy.
Going to try and get logs up tonight.
edit- logs are up
trodgor has been away to long and I was having trouble with that gameID at times throughout the night.

Well a few people got together for some duels Saturday night 8 October 2022 but it wasn't a KOTH. At least in my opinion. It lasted about 90 minutes and 8 rounds. It started with 7 people but 2 left before the third round so it was only 5 from then on. We had a pair of wabbits who fought as last 2 in the final round.
Trogdor returned and showed that his teeth were still sharp as ever in a wabbit fight to win. Congratulations and -{S}- to trogdor for rthe win. The Ki-43-II was chosen for next month.

Round by Round results:
1} Eagler in a Tu-2S
2} Eagler in a Bf 109F-4
3} THRASH99 in a C.202
4} trogdor in a P-51B
5} trogdor in a P-38G
6} Eagler in a Bf 109F-4   {Wabbit}
7} trogdor in a Spitfire Mk. I   {Wabbit}
8} trogdor wins in a P-47D-25
NOTE- because both wabbits were previous KOTH winners is the reason they needed 4 round wins.

Trogdor, Eagler. THRASH99 (kills) all earn reservations to the TOC.
Top kills were trogdor and THRASH99- 9, Eagler-8, TC-4.

Congratulations Trogdor! Was some fun fighting....

Heh, I thoroughly thought that I had you as well, Eagler! Awesome fun

Sad news is after that event,  I was down for nearly all day and night,  Sunday with my vertebra locked up in my spine/ back...unable to move and unable to get to my phone until around 11pm Sunday night and have been slowly getting over it since...

2 more events (1 or 2 more tries) 🤔 depending on the holidays, birthdays etc...and if I can make it
