Thank you to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin, which is my second RCAF Typhoon for next month's FSO.
This was the Typhoon flown by Pilot Officer James Brown of 439 Squadron RCAF in the autumn of 1944. It had an unusual asymmetric black and white spinner design and was named "Peace River", after the pilot's home town in Alberta. Brown was flying this aircraft on the 6th November when he was shot down and taken prisoner.
