Just the basics, performed one at a time and testing in between:
  • Check the weather between you and HTC
  • Restart your computer (not Shutdown and start by the button)
  • Restart your router/modem/whateveryacallit
  • Run "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt", "netsh winsock reset" and "ipconfig /flushdns" in administrator level Command Prompt or Power Shell. Without quotes, of course.
  • Run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
