Does HTC respond to any email address?

Anybody have any luck getting a response from HTC via email? What address?
I've had no responses when I send inquiries to either the info@hitechcreations.com or support@hitechcreations.com accounts.

This is from the HTC website. I recall reading that he answers the phone. Good luck.

Infrequently, so calling might be the better solution.

I always just call him, never had much luck with email. He is easy to talk to, and he listens to what you have to say. lol He doesn't always agree with me but, he does hear me. :rock
