Logitech still sells the X52 iirc. I use the X56 and am very happy with it, $250.00 at Newegg. Just got a new one.

Try X56 far better stick. They last about 2 years with heavy use. Far smoother with 7 toggle switches, plenty of buttons. Get the insurance from amazon with possible new stick in 2 years.

I also have an x52 about to die. Embarrassing to fly with it, can’t hit crap.

Ya might be interested in a flight control buyers guide on my AHTH page in link below. Its a yr old but mostly still relevant.

X36, X45, X52 to present day warthog stick with different throttle

Always purchased the $10 warranty from compusa and circuit city so I could get another brand new one 10 months or so down the road..

At one point you could get another year warranty for $10 when you swapped hotas using the warranty!

Personally I would recommend a VKB Gladiator and just continue using the X52 throttle.

Exavcy what I’m going to do, as soon as my retirement ship comes in.
