I was wondering if anyone ever inquired on the ability to add custom skins to AC? Anyone know?

U talkin total camo-jobs here? Hopefully not, a few days later it wouldn't look like a ww2 FS anymore - just purple and ugly planes w. stupid paintjobs. We already got nose-art, thats sufficient enuff....

Well some CFS2 skins look decent enough. Maybe skinnable planes are limited to only squads and the skins must be submitted and approved just like Nose Art. Just a thought and this is a game that is a work in progress so nothing is ever enuff......

its been asked for many times in the past, Im not sure if HTC ever responded but i have faint recollection of them saying no to player skins.

I still think it could be excellent if handled correctly, what would be good would be a selection of parts on an aircraft that could be changed to a colour of your choice ie rudder, underside nose cowling, or a band around the tail like the dora has.

but there is a major problem here and that is aircraft recognition.the f4uc and f4ud are only told apart by their nose colour.

I think this is a case for me personally of a great desire to have something on my aircraft which says 'DANGEROUS BIG HEADED ACE WANNA BE!' hehe and really is an unfair request.
