Question about damaged planes
« on: April 26, 2002, 11:05:02 PM »
If your plane is damaged in TOD (like, say, you break off a wingtip on the ammo shed, not that ANYONE would ever do that) are you able to replane, or is the frame over for you?  When this happened to m.., er someone I know, my hypothetical friend just called it a night.

In the future, is it okay to replane if you haven't died, or should I, er, this guy continue to hit .ef (or to fly without the wingtip?)

No, you have to continue to fly with the damage.  No replaneing allowed in the TOD (unless they changed the rules and I haven't heard).

Urchin is correct.  You are allowed one life (1 airframe) if you damage it or die you cannot replane.

Okey-dokey -- that's sort of what I thought, but wasn't sure if that's what "one life" meant, or literally "fly till you die."
