for the most part anyways. Obviously flight is always enabled and I've got downtime normal with the strat resupply working.
Most other settings are what you'll see in the TOD though. The fields should have the correct planes set as per the strat map. Lemme know if they are wrong, I didn't have time to double check them this evening.
