Got a Hercules Prophet 8500 LE video card (=Ati Radeon 8500LE) and thought it would be nice to see how it works against MSI Gf4Ti4200 I also have. Both tests were done without overclocking cards.
Both benchmarks are done in same computer thought mobo changed between tests, AMD 1,4GHz TB / 768mb ddr-ram / IBM GXP75 / Audigy Player soundcard.
In Pricewatch Gf4Ti4200 is about 130$ and Radeon 8500 about 90$ and when it performs almost as good as Gf4Ti4200 I would say it's a good buy.
