arrggg I thought id hop into the message board to get my mind off of the fact that last night some hacker fried my cpu and im working at the speed of sound to get back to playing aces high but this $%$^& slow prettythang 56k just aint cutting it rrahhh its driving me insane!

uhmm well I was looking at the BB then all the sudden this big picture of 2 chicks in a 69 postion pops up and my computer freazes so I power off then start back up and my computer tells me windows isnt installed so I format and here I am a nervos reck

I think your on crack, the cpu is the processor... Its hardware and runs on a level that cant be touched by hackers...

Now sounds to me like you been backorficed, netbused, or some other trojan...those programs alow uploads..

here is alittle tip... partition you drive into 2 or more partitions... On you second partition is where you store all your downloaded programs.... When windoze gets nerfed then you have a backup plan ready to go... can be up and running in like 35mins...

Oh yeah, well my computer has 2 cupholders. I even have a change slot marked "floppy drive", imagine that.

I did hear of a virus that could damage your CPU (dont laugh just yet).
Early Pentium II's had an interupt driven cooling fan on them, so the power management system could turn it off and on as needed. The virus hack those routines and made it so it never turned on. And the CPU cooks.

Not bad...
