I've got a TM cougar with about 2 months of use on it.  Lately I've been experiencing "spiking" or something like it, primarily on the y-axis.

Then I pull back on the stick (for the sake of this post lets say 1/8"), the movement of the nose of the a/c is controlled and smooth.  When I push forward on the stick, the same amount, the nose of the a/c drops like a brick.  I have zero fine tuning ability in that direction.

I've tried playing with the curve in the CCP, the scaling in AH and damping as well.  Although I've turn off the damping completely because I don't like the delayed reaction it produces.  I've taken the pots out and squirted them with WD-40 (as recommended on numerous posts at Cougar World) with no sucess.

Is there anyone else out there seeing this as well? Any luck fixing it?  Or is it just me?
