i have an xp 2100  cpu runs at 42c  and my mb runs at 27c   time to take the side panel off and get a new heatshink and fan combo       38

that is awsome staga   i had a 1.4 with stock fan and shink it ran from 65 to 70 c  your video card temp is impressive as well ........ 38

I dunno.. I run a Athlon 1.9 with the CPU volcano fan. And mine runs in the 100*F. I have 3 4" cooling fans..It's 6months old and not a hickup.
