Pretty simple to fix hidden cv's. You own port said cv returns to port in full.
This would make game more realistic. Guys would have to take a port and hold it to retain cv.
This could be way to stop suicides to have cv go away all you do is attack its port and capture... cv is yours untill enemy takes port back.
