I doubt theres many homeless in Bend, OR ...its a vacation town, white river rafting in the summer, skiing in the winter. Stinky skiier's is more likely the case.

Bachelor is one of the greatest ski area's in the West, snow very similiar to Colorado's lite fluffs.

ther could be a lot of homeless in bend - its an odd real estate market: residential is though the roof, commercial dirt cheap. homeless in bend should open up a business named 'watch me sleep'

ACLU is very busy right now - civil rights law is maybe the only economic sector thats really booming
