Got a PC from a friend, he said all it needed was a CPU and it will work (had HD, RAM, Vid. Card, ect....). So, I went out and bought the cheapest thing I could find (Celeron, becuase I wasn't sure if the PC even worked). Sure enough, it didn't work
Here's what happens. PC starts up as soon as it's plugged in. I don't have to hit the power button or anything, just starts up. Nothing is displayed on the screen, and I hear no beeps.
Sound like a bad jumper configuration? He did say he messed around with the jumpers before he gave it to me...
