how do you host a event in head too head, and have it set it up so you can have unlimted ammo and fuel are there other neet set ups i dont know about. is there some where i can get all this info

When hosting you can click on setup, arena settings, then you will see where you cange all kinds of things

You could also pose this question in the "Free Multiplayer" Forum.

That forum is specifically setup to handle the H2H population. You will find all sorts of help in there ... Vorticon is a good guy and could probably help you out quite a bit.
