Yeah, you're probably right Airhead. But so are cheeseburgers, pizza with extra cheese, and malted milk shakes.
I used to eat these things all the time, especially for breakfast...I was in a hurry, so I needed fast food. Finally had a heart attack at the age of 44 during a beginner Karate workout (trained in karate for 25 years and was black belt.) I gave it all up..except I allow myself fries twice a year because they are soooo good.
It's hard to eat right these days. I eat a lot of chicken, turkey, venison spaghetti, salad, etc... Things that are good and healthy.
Now, if I only had the guts to exercise more and give up smoking, I might be happy. My Dad lived to the age of 88, but he wasn't an artist like me, and had a lot of common sense...didn't drink but a beer occasionally and smoked cigars up to the age of 70ish, before I asked him to quit, and he did.
He was married to my Mom for almost 64 years, (I was born when he was 45.) He married her when he was 24 and she was 17 back in 1934, the year Mom graduated from high school.
